Learn about Kate

Our team of therapists are highly trained, trauma-sensitive, affordable, and ready to help you today.

You can trust that the therapists at Conscious Pathways are:

1. Highly trained in couples therapy specifically.

Our entire masters or post-masters has been concentrated on couples therapy specifically.

Plus, most of us have additional training in specific advanced methods of couples therapy.

2. Trauma-informed.

Each therapist is aware of how trauma affects the mind and body, in addition to relationships and the systems we live in like work, family, and society at large.

3. Practicing what they preach.

Each therapist on the Conscious Pathways team is committed to their own growth journey and having healthy interpersonal relationships. The therapists of CP all have their own therapists. We have to do our work too.

4. In community.

This team was formed to not just support the relationships of folks in Denver, but also for therapists to support one another.

We meet regularly to consult, connect, support one another, and make sure we are accountable to delivering therapy of the highest standard.

Each therapist operates as her own entity and under Kate’s mentorship.

Therefore, each therapist makes her own schedule and chooses the clients they feel most equipped to work with.

All therapists in the collective will also certainly see folks for individual therapy as well.

In our experience, finding a great couples therapist seems to be a bit harder because it’s a specialty service. So we share that more up front.

But we are all happy to see individual clients as well. Especially if you are looking for support with relationship issues.

Reach out to us via this contact page for couples therapy! You will receive a response within 48 business hours. It may be from anyone on the team who has availability to take new clients within the next two weeks. This will provide less wait time and hoops to jump through as we try to get you help as fast as possible!

*If you are currently a therapist in the Denver Metro looking to join the collective, please reach out to me directly at kate@consciouspathwaystherapy.com and I’d be happy to discuss that possibility! Current MFTs and LMFTs will be given priority. Also, graduates of the strong MFT programs in the state, namely Denver Family Institute, Regis University, Colorado State, and University of Colorado.
