    Step 1: Reach out!

    Use the form to reach out to Conscious Pathways. If there is a particular therapist that resonates most with you, please specify in your inquiry!

    Therapists with availability for new clients will return your inquiry. Or if you have a particular therapist in mind, they will contact you back directly.

    Step 2: Free Consultation

    Schedule your free Zoom or phone consultation to make sure it feels like a fit. Please also meet with more than one therapist. Almost always, you will be able to just tell who is the right fit for you after talking with 2-4 therapists!

    Step 3: Book Appointment

    Book your first appointment by getting added into the Simple Practice Client Portal, where all your paperwork, scheduling, and billing will occur in one place. Your therapist will set you up with appointment reminders so you always remember your session!

    Things to consider for the right fit:

    1. Can help with your specific issue
    2. Has availability that matches your schedule
    3. The location of the office in Wheat Ridge is doable 
    4. The price point fits your particular situation and does not cause excess stress!

    Step 4: Your First Session

    Have your first session! Consider an 80-90 minute intake to really cover some ground and begin to set goals! So much to go over in that first session.

    Step 5: Find Your Cadence!

    Therapy works best when immersed in the work with weekly sessions. Most therapists will help you find a regular weekly spot to help with scheduling and create consistency. It also helps ensure your therapist has room for you instead of scheduling week to week.
