Meet our Conscious Pathways Team

Clare Durepos, MFT

Let’s be real: life is weird, relationships are complicated, and healing isn’t always pretty.

I’m a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist who works well with deep thinkers, the emotionally intense, the delightfully nerdy, and the ones who’ve always sensed they were wired a little differently.

If you’re looking for a space where you can be fully human — brilliant, messy, grieving, hilarious, anxious, craving connection (and yes, we can talk about sex) — you’re in the right place.

My Background…

I hold a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from CU Denver, with experience in community mental health, in-patient psychiatric, and partial hospitalization settings. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent minds (particularly autistic and ADHD clients), and those interested in somatic trauma work and shadow integration.

My Approach…

My style blends trauma-informed, evidence-based practices (expect a mix of nervous system work, boundary-setting, and real-life coping strategies), deep emotional processing, and the occasional dark joke.

I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship dynamics, communication breakdowns, and the long-haul work of breaking intergenerational patterns.

Family systems matter deeply to me — not just as a clinical framework, but as something personal and inherited. We carry the stories and survival strategies of those who came before us, and therapy can be a place to sort out what we’re ready to keep, and what it’s time to lay down.

Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some days we’re building skills and making game plans. Other days we’re naming the unspeakable. Often, it’s both — grounded in humor, honesty, and a real commitment to your growth.

Let’s untangle the hard stuff and build something better — together.
